Name Halo is a mobile application and website that provides name perception ratings based on psychology research. The service allows users to:

• Browse names and view perception ratings across multiple dimensions
• Compare names side by side
• Save favorite names (app only)

3. Data Source and Disclaimer

The name ratings in Name Halo are derived from "The Name Game" by Dr. Albert Mehrabian, a psychology research study on name perceptions, and from community-contributed crowdsourced data.

Important: These ratings reflect historical perception data and are intended for entertainment and informational purposes only. They should not be used as the sole basis for important decisions. Name perceptions vary by culture, region, and individual experience.

4. User Accounts

Some features may require creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App or website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the service's functionality
• Scrape or collect data for commercial purposes

9. Subscriptions and Payments

If the App offers premium features:

• Payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
